Certain products like Exotic Boots and Custom Collections are made with specialty materials and cannot be returned unless defective (see Section 6).

• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may extend during peak seasons.

5.3 Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Exotic Boots (unless defective)
• Custom/personalized Collections items
• Items without original tags or showing wear
• Final sale items

6.3 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Exchanges are shipped within 1-2 business days after processing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
