Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two reliable shipping options to get your western wear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. During peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly extended.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our western wear like a cowboy stands by his trusty steed. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery.
How to Return or Exchange Your Items
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Body: Include product details (name, quantity, size, color) and reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Wait for Our Response
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your items with original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days (PayPal/credit cards may take additional time to appear).
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement within 1-2 business days after processing.
Shipping Costs
- Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges: We cover shipping costs for replacement items.
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and comfort of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Exotic Boots (made with specialty materials)
- Custom or personalized items from our Collections
- Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Cody James gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
