We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality stitching in our premium leather goods.

How to Return or Exchange Your Items

Step 2: Wait for Our Response

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your items with the original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival):

  • Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. PayPal and credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchanges: We’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and comfort of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items from our Collections
  • Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Damaged or Defective Items
